Eco kit houses

Has any one gone down the prefabricated eco kit house route.
It is something we are looking into and would love to hear if you’ve been through it

Make sure you know exactly what you are paying for. Does the cost include foundations and ground works, plumbing and electrics, roof installation? Check out the cost against a conventional build.
As an Architect, DH has managed kit house builds for clients who have had to get an Architects completion certificate before they can get their mortgage.
