Is it right choice to buy house in Swanley ? I have a 6 years old kid so want to know schools also . Thanks

It depends what part, some are nicer than others. Schools can be hit and miss. Generally it’s an ok area but somewhere like Wilmington or even sidcup/bexley has better schools. You’re best looking up the road and local schools for crime rates etc and view it during different times of the day. Whilst the houses are lovely, neighbours can let it down.
