Living in Wembley Park?

Hi we are moving back to the UK after 10 years, when we left we had 2 suitcases, now we have a shipping container full of our life and 2 kids! I'm looking for some advice about locations on where to live. Our children will highly likely attend the bilingual French school in Wembley Park, and I'd like to avoid the school run via tube etc. Does anyone have advice on the location in terms of being family friendly etc? It would be easy for getting to work, but I'm not sure what it's like as an area now. Thanks.

It's going through a big regeneration at the moment, I take my kids there to play/out for dinner, and often head there for shopping/dinner with friends.

I don't know what it's like to live there but it certainly seems like it's a decent enough place to live. Lots of flats though, so if you need garden space you would have to live a bit further from the stadium, which would take you into the not-so-nice areas.

Thanks, that sounds both promising and not promising! I'm now not so sure what the not so nice areas are, will need to take a closer look as I had seen a lovely house with a garden!

Visit on a match day.
Huge crowds.

Then decide which roads to live on or not.

You can rent your drive for the evening for a lot of extra £££

Haha not so sure about the extra cash from drive rental! But good idea to visit on a match day, thanks. Smile
