Unsure whether to get a survey or not.

We have had two houses in the last three years, now buying our third.

First house was 1950 terraced we didn't get a survey.
Second house was 1960s semi and we didn't get a survey.

We didn't really feel the need to as we know everyone in trades, so had someone come round and check electrics, my DH is a gas engineer/plumber, friend is a builder, uncle is a roofer etc.

Its a 1930s bungalow and we know we are going to need to replace pretty much everything already.

Just wondering whether to go for a survey this time and what sorts of things are included/flagged up?

The bungalow was originally up for 325k but we have got it for 291k due to the works needed.
