Wine fridge question - weight

Hello all
My new tenants have put a massive wine fridge (as big as a fridge freezer) in the living room. It’s an old house with quite worn Victorian floorboards and no supports underneath. The room is on the first floor. They haven’t put anything under it either and I’m worried about weight, Marking on floor and just having a massive electrical appliance like this (what aboutventing etc)? Can these things free stand?

I think they should put it on a platform so the floors don’t mark, Make sure there is free air circulation and put it in kitchen. They said they couldn’t get it downstairs (the walls are scuffed
From their trying). I had suggested (before they moved) they ask neighbour if they had big stuff to move so they could go through their garden but I don’t think they read the email. They also came to measure before they moved.
Anyone know about these fridges? Advice on what to do?

I think it would depend on weight? If you google a large wine fridge on AO they are about 50/60kg which is smaller than an average person? So unless you are worried an average person would fall through the floor then I think it would be ok?

You have supports under your floorboards. There is no way on earth they run from wall to wall and don't sit on beams.

Weight wise, even full, it'll be less than a couple of people sitting on a sofa. They also don't need any ventilation - most people have them built into kitchens.

The scuffing would annoy me but as long as they touch up the paintwork when they leave I can't really see what the issue is.
