Rough costs of works

Just wondering if anyone can give me rough costs for the following:

Repointing
Tiling per Sqm
Laying carpet
Replacing bannister

We were originally going to move in 4 years but now we have decided to stay put and make our house exactly how we want it, so want a rough idea of these costs.

Your quotes will change depending on materials used. Why don’t you just ask a couple of builders to pop round to quote?
