Who can afford houses in Hampstead?

I don't want to hear about people who bought 20 years ago and gained from 300% house price increases. I'm talking about people today, who actually has a decent enough salary to afford a £1.2mil 2 bed flat.

Don’t kid me that hedge fund managers work any harder than anyone else. It’s just playing with other people’s money.

No it’s not. West Hampstead is an entity itself, but much Kilburn calls itself West Hampstead.

Questions like this annoy the hell out of me.

People who are on high wages/have lots of money can afford expensive houses in Hampstead. It's that simple.

Like that bloody post we get every few months asking how people can afford foreign holidays ?!
