Diy kitchens support on a sunday

We are thinking of driving to DIY kitchens tomorrow from London, 3 hours😒 Before we do, does anyone know if there will be staff there to help with our online plans that we are having problems with. Phone support is closed over the weekend and don't want a wasted journey.

No idea. But I emailed them a few days ago and they haven't come back to me. Maybe the bubble has burst there and they no longer care .

There's some disgruntled ex staff from there if you google 'what's it like to work at DIY kitchens '

It has put me off ordering to be honest. So I'm going to shop around elsewhere.

We went last weekend to the showroom from West Sussex, its well worth the visit (we particularly enjoyed the free tea, coffee, cold drinks and delicious cakes) but be warned....you need to get there for when it opens as it gets very very busy. We arrived on a sat at 10.45 and didn't get to sit with a consultant until 13.45 because there were so many people booked in before us.
The guy we sat with was great and very knowledgable, we already had a basket set up so we just needed his help to make sure the new changes we wanted to make were done correctly and that the basket was correct.
I can't answer if there will be staff to sit with for sure but i am confident if they are open they will be available to assist you as the weekend for them is probably their busiest time.
We have ordered our kitchen now and the support has been great via the support ticket system, we have used it successfully and they contacted us to check our order etc...the one time i emailed them i realised it wasn't set up for incoming emails.

I’m really close, if you want me to pop in?

Mummy, thanks for the very accurate info you gave.
So for anyone else thinking if going on a Sunday there are advisors to assist with your plans. We waited an hour whilst we looked around and used their terminals. For some reason using chrome on my laptop the software wouldn't work. Plus the coffee was good!
