Does anyone recognise these kitchen cabinets?!

Hi,

Looking to add a island to our kitchen & would like it to match with the kitchen that was already in the house when we bought it. I'm struggling to find somewhere that does 3 of shaker style patterns on one door. Does anyone recognise where the kitchen cabinets could be from?

I have a hunch it might be a wood one that was then painted. Any signs this might be the case?

Sometimes the hinges will have a name on them that isn't just the manufacturer's or there's a motif used on the shelves. Is there anything like that at all? I think it looks like it's been painted. The three panels are unusual so I wonder if it was bespoke, perhaps from a local company?

As you are looking to add island, it won't be right next to the wall cabinets. I would go for some similar panelling doors/drawers in the side facing other units and tongue and groove style back and side, all in a darker colour which contrasts well.
