DIY kitchens order amendment - help please

I placed my DIY kitchens order on Thursday and I have 6hrs left to ammend it. I wanted to change a cupboard but when I click to amnend it doesn’t seem to work. All it comes up with is a search box, which then doesn’t produce anything when you enter an item. Has anyone else experienced changing an order and could give me some advice. Thanks in advance.

I changed my order a zillion times. Best to just call them. They are really helpful on the phone.

There won't be anyone there now. Try using a different browser and going through the same process. If it still won't work, screenshot to show the error and the time and email them/raise a query.

And tell them what you want to change obviously!

Yes email them with what you want to change tonight and give them a ring tomorrow morning.

I changed loads very easily, must be some kind of error. I’m sure like others say if you email now they’ll sort it in the morning for you.

I needed to ring them about one of mine - a random dishwasher front that didn't seem to work in the software.

Thank you for all you help. I have solved the problem.... totally my user error!!!! I was searching product name instead of product code! I opened it up on another laptop so I could find the codes and put them in!!!
