Hello all, I'm back, again!

I did a rate my listing post previously, thank you all for taking the time to provide me with your advice and information.

A few more weeks have passed, it has been on for a total of 6 weeks now. I have dropped the price from 325 to oiro 310, we would invite any offers starting with a 3 and I have changed the front external pic to a more front on picture and kept this as the main/first picture. We brought for 291 and have put a new bathroom in.

As mentioned before we have lived here for 3 years, love the house it has been great & have many happy memories here but are ready for our next chapter and have found a property we want to buy.

We have had 1 viewing, they really liked it but unfortunately their buyer fell through so are not in a position to offer at the moment.

We have another viewing next weekend so are getting viewings, they are just slow and few and far between.

Other properties in the village don't seem to be selling either.

Is it just this time or year, is it brexit or is it both?

Is there anything else I can do or change do to stimulate interest and generate viewings??

Thanks!

It looks a fair price ... to be honest in this kind of market I think patience is the only answer, unless you are willing to sell for way under what it's worth, but that would be silly and wouldn't let you move on.
Unfortunately I dont think there is anything else you can do to speed things up
