Best boiler company to go with?

Hi,
I've recently bought a flat and need to take out a boiler maintenance contract. I'm wondering whether to go with British Gas, Baxi, or another company - does anyone have recommendations of which is best to go for, please?

Use a local company. You don't need a maintenance contract, just make sure it's serviced annually and then call someone if there is a fault.

Annual service and a local/independent there's no need to pay monthly
