Tiling a corner backsplash

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how possible it might be to use this tile mosaic for a corner backsplash?
www.tiles-direct.com/floor-tiles-c27/octagon-white-grey-matt-gloss-5-5cm-x-5-5cm-29-5cm-x-29-5cm-mosaic-tile-p1374/s1374?

I'm worried that the small grey tile is too small and fiddly to cut and fit into the corner? But then I suppose most small brick bond patterns have small pieces that have to be cut for corners?
The backsplash would be about 31cm wide on each of the adjacent walls.
Also, I think we'd like it to have straight edges with a finishing strip so we'd have to have half tiles on the edges too, or have grout filling the spaces instead of half grey tiles?
This is an image showing the basin we've chosen, and the problem it might cause.
