Viewers not turning up

Currently selling my house. Of the seven viewers I've had booked, four have not turned up for their appointments. None of these people bothered to let me know they weren't coming. Is this usual? I'm getting tired of giving up my Saturdays for this.

I was going to suggest getting the EA to do the viewings - potential buyers are perhaps less likely to want to piss off the EA so won't just not turn up.

I'm afraid a lot of people seem to think it's better to not let you know than to tell you 'bad news'. They might also not want to tell you something that has put them off your house.

Maybe next time an appointment is arranged, make it clear that if they have to change their plans and can't make they should just drop you line?

Tbh if they are like that over viewings, count your blessings they aren't your buyers!
