Damp floor/ water beads on wall

Hi I was looking for some help with identifying an issue I’m seeing with damp concrete floor in my kitchen and some water beads on the wall

Can you post photos? It may be a leaking pipe or water coming in somewhere. Concrete corrodes copper so an unprotected pipe buried in concrete can develop a leak.

I'd second the possibility of a water leak, either mains or heating pipe related. A picture might help.
