LBC for placing lead pipes?

Hi everyone, you’ve been so helpful previously that I have another question around listed building consent - do I need it to just replace some lead pipes (with copper/plastic which most of the house has already been changed to)?

Probably not but you are changing something which is part of the building and not making a like for like replacement. I would email your conservation officer just to check and then you will have the evidence that it was not needed if you move house at any point.
