Linden Homes

Hi there,
I just wanted to gain some insight from people who have bought property with Linden Homes.

Currently looking at a new development in South East UK and potentially making an offer, but have been scared off by the reviews I've read online!

The only Linden development I have any knowledge of is one in Colchester and they're very badly thought of I'm afraid. Even our local councillor has said he wouldn't endorse them. It's a big development of tall townhouses that are so tall their gardens are always shaded and poor finishing.
