SOAK bathrooms- anyone bought anything?

Looking at the furniture mainly- the wash stands for a bowl and maybe a tall unit.

They only have 1 showroom miles from me, so a bit wary of ordering without seeing.

It's pretty decent stuff we ordered a bathroom towel ra from there and it's good quality.

Thanks

They have a base unit for a washbowl I like but it appears to only come with their choice of bowl.

I've emailed them to ask if the stand - wood with a stone top - can be bought without the washbowl (it's being sold as a 'bundle') and so far now reply..which made me wonder if they are on the ball.

I also wanted only one item that was part of a bigger bundle. I rang them and they said if we bought the bundle and then returned the other items they'd refund the difference. Was a bit of a faff but it worked out OK for us.

Interesting- thanks.

I don't want their washbowl but I need to know if the stone top is drilled for that bowl or if it would take any. Seems odd they offer the bundle when you might want a different bowl.

All my bathroom stuff is from there as that the supplier my builder uses. It’s good but not amazing quality. Ive been to the showroom and it’s nice and there is a great big call centre next to it. I have emailed back and forth with them and they have always been efficient.

I will pursue it thanks.

I'm looking for some furniture- washstand and maybe a 'tallboy' thing that are not glossy laminate. I liked their painted wood.

I’d be wary of using them again after our experience.
We had to return a basin , taps and waste in person after struggling to find a courier who would insure the basin .
Soak then messed up the refund which took several phone calls to sort . To top it all off the replacement basin and stand was damaged , luckily at the back out of sight as we couldn’t face the rigmarole of the return process .

I have ordered from them with no issues. I would use them again.

I wouldn't touch them. We ordered a large shower cubicle and vanity units from them to do our en suite. 6 times we had to send them back! Everything was badly packaged and damaged, including concrete shower trays that were in varying states of being smashed to smithereens. We ended up on first name terms with the delivery guys, who were apologetic and said it happened all the time with stuff from Soak.
When we gave up and asked the a refund we had to chase it and customer service was appallingly bad.
