I've got a completed loft conversion which was done about 15 years ago so way before all the new fire and building regs. If I now want to add a dormer extension will I have to bring the whole conversion in line with new regs? eg fire escape, door to the stairs etc. Or will it just be the dormer part that will have to comply? Thanks
