WC to utility costs

So we have a huge space in our downstairs WC and I'd like to move the washing machine in there and stack the tumble on top. I'm new to this whole doing work on a house milarky being my first home and just putting up with LL before. So my main question is how much would you say is reasonable for:
Plumber to fit water in let and drainage, right next to loo and basin so shouldn't be too hard to add in.
Electrician to fit plug sockets (there's one the other side of the wall in kitchen already so shouldn't be too hard.
Carpenter to build a unit to fit washer under and tumble on top to make it look pretty. ( I would prime and paint any wood myself)
Maybe a plasterer to make good any holes in the wall.

Seems like a lot of people for a small job so hoping to combine a few with one labourer but not sure where to start with quotes and finding people to do it that won't rip me off. What would you expect to pay? We're south east.
