Can anyone help on the order of these tasks?

Just getting round to properly decorating our house after being here 5 years - when we originally moved in we just carpeted and painted but I'm looking to go through the house now and do each room 'properly'.

I'm starting with the living room and need to do the following - I'm possibly just going to get a building firm in to do it as one job but if I did fancy getting trades out separately (which I'm assuming would be cheaper) what order would you suggest:

1 New radiators/moved from current position
2 Level floor - there's a definite slant
3 Fire place knocked in and gas woodburn style stove installed (currently inset gas fire in breast)
4 Wood flooring laid - Skirting to be taken off and replaced
5 Electrics - new plug sockets/light switches
6 Plastering - mainly ceiling but possibly some patching on the walls, I don't think the whole room needs doing though.

I've listed in roughly the order I think but would appreciate any thoughts!

5, 1, can't decide between 3 or 6 ( depends if fireplace would wreck the wall), 2, 3, 4. Flooring just has to be last, it'll get ruined otherwise.

You may well need the floor up to move the radiators and I would do the fireplace at that time. Then level the floor. Do the electrics. Replaster. Do the floor then the skirting. Decorate.

Separate trades are not necessarily cheaper. Builders rarely have all the trades anyway. Dealing with one person who organises everything for you can be better than juggling trades who don’t turn up which means the next trade cannot start.
