Fire alarm testing and certificate

Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a very, very reasonably priced fire alarm testing service that provides certificates please? The flat is based West London way.

You wouldn't usually get a certificate just for the smoke alarms, you can test them yourself.
Gas or electricity certificate?

I'm a new landlord and it's regulation - be great if I could just draw a box on a bit of paper and tick it as passed. Lol.

some electricians do it now. I don't know if they need an extra qualification.

Have a look at "approved contactors" on the NICEIC website, or other Competent Person schemes.
