Built under/built in ovens

I have inherited an oven I detest in our new house. It's an eye level built in single oven. I miss my double oven and actually being able to turn the fan on and off.

A built in double oven comes in around 90cm, which is too high to use (and due to the kitchen layout can't be dropped down) but a built under is a much more useable 70cm.

Is there any reason I cant use a built under oven in a built in oven space?

The red line is the top of the units below, so I can't drop down any. The door above can be cut down to fit something taller in.

They are the same oven! You can build in a single oven wherever you want! Under, eye level or somewhere in between! I’m not sure how high your bottom cupboard is but I wouldn’t put any oven in at an odd height. Just buy a multi function single oven then alter the cupboard doors around it.

bottom cupboard is standard under worktop height, single oven then eye level. It will just be a bit taller to the top oven, which tbh is preferable to the one I have now which I hate.
