Best place to buy house plants in London?

I'm looking for some house plants for a new kitchen shelf. Took a trip to my local garden centre today (Morden Hall Park), but they are currently not stocking any indoor plants at all as they can't find a peat- free supplier. I can travel to most places in and around south London, so would appreciate any recommendations. Thanks.

Try your local large supermarket and IKEA.

Thanks, wowfudge, hadn't thought of Ikea.

Take a trip down to Columbia Road on a Sunday. Lots of choices and decent prices.

The garden centre near Wandsworth prison (Capital Gardens I think) has a great indoor plant section and is a lovely garden centre generally.

just had a look at website and Wandsworth centre does indeed look lovely. Will try and pop over there next week. Thank you!
