I cannot get a builder for love nor money. Or rather I had one who has been stringing me along for 3 months and is now ghosting me. He was recommended by my architect and I went to see his work too!
Can anyone recommend a builder in the North West area (Liverpool/Southport way) who might be interested in actually building a 4m extension? Planning and building control is all done.
