Council house minimum room size

I just wondered if anyone knew if the council has a guide size for a minimum size a single room can be?
I had a quick google and found the size for a HMO but wasn't sure if that would be the same figure.

Also if the room is too small for an adult bedroom but is big enough for an under 10 what happens to the size its classed as? Ie does it get classed as an extra room or not?
