Moving to Bristol to work at hospital for a year

Hi everyone,
I’m moving to Bristol for one year to work as a fellow at the hospital and was wondering where is the safest and closest neighbourhood for the hospital.

Budget wise want to keep it around 500-600 for a room more likely.

Also does anyone know about hospital accommodation?

TIA

Have you looked at the hospital accommodation website, they often have a choice and it's cheaper than market rent as all bills are included. Which hospital are you moving to.

Which hospital are you working at op? The BRI/St Micheals or Southmead?

You might be able to pick up a room somewhere near the harbour which is walking distance to the hospital. Something like this maybe:

If you want to be a bit further out Redland and Montpelier are quite nice. I'd avoid St Paul's, Easton, Southmead and Fishponds though. Good luck!
