How much do floor plans for an existing building cost?

I need to get some floor plans drawn for an existing property - the type you see on estate agents' websites. It's a 4 bedroom property set over 2 floors.

Anyone any idea of how much this should cost to get done? I don't think I need an architect to do them - an architectural technician would be more than capable?

I created my own using Floorplanner - depends on how complex you need them to be.

I used Roomsketcher to do mine which cost nothing but my time.

I have Interior Design 3D, it allows to draw rooms from scratch or upload existing plans. Also, you can use the exact measurements of your walls, doors, windows and furnishing. A convenient floor planner.

Jumping in here 2. Im planning an one storey one room extension and was thinking of doing the plans myself. I've a bit of auto cad experience but it was a long time ago. Any good programme for elevations
