Piglet John - any help?

I've realised my boiler pressure on my Worcester Combi boiler is low. I'm watching lots of instructional videos on YouTube and I'm pretty sure I have an external filling hose however my hose is currently attached at both ends whereas it's not like that in the videos although I can loosen one end of easily.
However the other end of the hose is firmly screwed on and I can't see how to loosen this as instructed to allow the water to flow through
Any ideas?

post some photos please. there is probably a valve at each end.

Thanks Piglet John but got it sorted. Turns out the external turning part of one of the valves had broken off so needed a tool to turn it. But i have heating and hot water again now!
