We have a standard semi-d with four small bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The lack of storage space is driving us mad and an attic conversion seems like the solution. So we’d probably move one bedroom to the attic and knock two existing ones together to make a lovely large space.
What else should I be dreaming of in my plans? What worked or didn’t work for you in your attic conversions? Any pitfalls or must-haves?
I don’t particularly need more bathrooms but will probably add an ensuite somwwhere for the added value purpose.
