Interested in a property that has been on market for 18 months initially up for 895k Summer 2017. Reduced to 800k Easter 2018.

I think if you're in a chain then you might not be in a good position to bag a bargain. I'd go in at £750K but depends how much you want it and how desperate they are to sell.
