I want to fit a new kitchen In my council home. I will be Buying it from Ikea and will have a family member fit it for me ( they are very competent at these things) I've filled in the home improvement form and emailed it to my housing but I'm worried they will ask me to pay some company to fit it and they will want to see cirtificates and all that when Ikea kitchens are made for you to measure and fit yourself. Anyone ever been accepted to fit your own?
