We will be renting out our apartment as a holiday let. We won’t be on hand to be available 24/7 for random maintenance help etc so we will possibly need to use an agency or at least have a good cleaner.
What are the pros and cons of using Airbnb vs a local agent? Agent is obviously a lot more expensive but would be available all the time, have maintenance contacts etc but also possibly more rigid with dates of lettings.
For people who use a cleaner, how much do you typically pay per change over clean? It’s a low maintenance two bed ground floor apartment.
Do you provide a welcome pack or provide things like soap, shower gel etc?
