So we had our doors delivered by units online and 8 out of 12 of the tall bank of units were wrong. The were delivered on the 19th Dec.
Due to the doors being wrong we have had no ovens since then. The doors are due to be here middle to the end of next week. We have had to fork out loads on ready meals, take always, etc and obviously Christmas dinner was a write off.
Am I right to think we should be given some form of recompense and if so, how much would you expect would be considered a reasonable amount?
We had to pay the kitchen fitter for the time he had booked out for us and so will also need to pay him more to return.
