Nuneaton or Anstey

I am considering anstey and nuneaton for buying a house but do not have much area knowledge. Any suggestions would be very welcome. I dont have any kids. Which area is likely to be pricier?

Do you mean the village Ansty or the area of Leicester Anstey?
Ansty village is quite pricey and a bit of a rat run.
Nuneaton very much depends on the area. I would avoid Camp Hill and parts of Stockingford.

Thanks BlueUggs, I meant Leicester Anstey and north of Nuneaton near A5.

How did you land on those areas? We used to live near Nuneaton, its rather quiet but the north side around St Nicholas Park Road is OK, had quite a few friends who lived there. Don't know Anstey except to drive through, more of a village but better connected for Leicester.
