Looking for opinions...we have a 90s build Barratt home. We are extending over the attached garage to make it 4 bedroom (currently 3). Would you convert the garage to a room or leave as is? Part of the garage has already been converted to an office/utility. Like the idea of another route to the kitchen (not just through through the existing living room). In two minds, complicated by the fact the leaseholder wants up to £4k to vary the 1000 year long lease. Like the storage for bikes etc the garage offers.
