Where to buy a kitchen

Hi
Just wanted opinions on where to buy a decent quality kitchen at a decent price

I was going to go with wren when they did a discount but I’ve been hearing too many horror stories

Do then I thought howdens but now I hear they only sell to trade and prices vary depending on the builder

I want a pretty kitchen that’s easy to clean
I thought wooden shaker would’ve nice with granite work surfaces

Can you guys help with experiences and suggestions

Which magazine did kitchens a while ago and Ikea kitchens scored really well

Ikea - mine still looks new after 8 years

Howdens - your builder is most likely to have a negotiated discount, they only sell to trade but they have a huge range of price points

DIY Kitchens. Great value and choices but you have to do the designing legwork.

I wouldn't recommend John Lewis. A friend has just had all sorts of problems with hers, but unfortunately we had already chosen and paid for ours by then (from a different store). We've already had a few hiccups, but hopefully the installation will go smoothly...
