Help! Water coming in around windows

We have huge double glazed windows in our living room, which is upstairs to take advantage of the view. A storm is currently battering us and water is leaking in onto the windowsill from the bottom of one of the windows.
I’d like to avoid replacing the whole windows as the glazing units themselves seem fine and they will cost a fortune. However the seals look like they are pretty knackered, the paint on them is peeling off. Does anyone know if it’s possible to get them resealed / refitted? And who / what trade do we need to look for to do that? I don’t want to approach a double glazing company who will just want to sell us completely new windows.

Approach a local glass merchant. They should be able to help.
