Maple Grove or New Mill quarter

Maple Grove and New hill quater both New developments are located very close to Hackbridge station. Really very confused to chose which one goes high value in future. Anybody from Wallington plz suggest me. Already we reserved maple grove . Just to clear I chooses the right one or not.. thanks every one

I wouldn’t choose on the basis of which one will most increase in value. Nothing is going to increase in value In the foreseeable future. Be aware that new builds are more expensive that the equivalent older builds, and will actually not, therefore, sell for much more than you paid. Choose the one you like best, and think of it as your lovely new home, not how much it will sell for.

New build houses are poor value for money, so don’t buy them if you are looking to make a profit.
