Pay as You Go Estate Agents

Does anyone know of any pay-as-you-go estate agent. I found one a while with a package for about £100 a month which included hosted viewings, photos, sign etc, but for the life of me I can't remember what they were called

Is this for rent or for sale? If it's to rent and you can do your own viewings then have a serious look at Openrent. £40 for the whole thing - listing, contract, board etc
