Our extension roof has let in rain near a velum window - the builder got the roofer back to fix the leak, then it happened again and the roofer came to fix it again. We noticed a leak again this weekend after heavy rain. The builder said it'll be sorted
However, We are starting to question the skill of the roofer as surely we shouldn't be having leaks if they've done they're job properly. We can see looking out of an upstairs window that the mortar at the edge of the roof tiles is crack - is this normal? What should do next?
