Hey! We are looking to buy a new build using the first time buyer mortgage option. I have completely fell in love with one house that will stretch our budget & we're deciding if we should go for it. This one has an extra bedroom, double Parking and garage etc. Has anyone ever negotiated for a lower price in a new build?
It's coming upto the end of Build for phase one of 2. Only a few sold & the plot I like has a north facing garden and not in a great spot overall. But I LOVE the house. No option of south facing as the price jumps dramatically for phase 2 south facing as there is only 1 and down a could de sac.
