I live in a big bungalow with no neighbours. I have unused space at one end of the house that I'm interested in turning into a self contained unit (now older dcs have left home) possibly for long term rental as the nursing home nearby is looking for nurse accommodation but I've no idea where to start with looking into this as a possibility and the costings. Anyone else done something similar?
