quotes seem very very high..... £3500 4000 to buy and sell (inc disbursements but ex stamp duty)

selling at just under a million and buying just over.

anyone recommend anyone good but not stupidly expensive?

My solicitor is good, very thorough and reasonably priced. He charges according to the property price. I’ve used him a few times and recommended him to friends and family.
