Anyone used this bathroom company before? I fancy this

Bit weary of buying this kind of stuff on line but need a bargain as budget tight. Anyone had any dealings?

We used them for all our bathroom/cloakroom fittings (bath, shower, sinks, toilets, cupboards) - we've been very happy with it all. We also used them for taps, and wouldn't use them for that again as they don't stock spare parts, and the parts on the inside of the taps were non-standard size. When the sink tap broke the first time, we replaced the whole tap. When that broke (a few years later) we managed to cobble together a repair from somewhere else. So I'd get taps from B&Q (or similar) in future, but would happily buy everything else from them.

We ordered from there: problems with the toilet , bath and shower x

Ordered full bathroom from there. Everything was fine except a few months in one tap ‘went’. They replaced it no drama but obviously a bit annoying having to get the new rap fitted.

I am really happy for the price I paid. Looks great 2 years later.
