I have just completed the renovation of an annexe attached to my house. I had a soundproof wall built, but the sound travels each way through the ceiling as well!
I have been looking at soundproof carpet underlay, which also has a mat underneath it. The website says it reduces noise by a huge amount.
Has anyone used this type of thing? Thanks.
