After searching for a few months now and enquiring about countless properties i've only managed to secure 2 viewings... One place didn't even have any windows!
My son is 3 now so i'm looking for full time jobs but even when I get one i'll still need to top up my salary with universal credit to pay my rent.
Has anyone in receipt of benefits moved house in London in the last year and if so how did you find your current place?
I'm overwhelmed by the absolute lack of options now, the rollout of UC seems to have put the few landlords who would consider housing benefit before off completely.
Any advice on where/ how to look would be much appreciated! xx
