Purchased 8 chairs, staff in shop really helpful. That’s when it all,began to go wrong. Chairs delivered on day we specifically said when ordering was not suitable. Chairs delivered and signed for by road worker! Left in unsafe no door carport. Customer service have been utterly unhelpful.
It’s a long long story, all I asked was that perhaps a bunch of flowers could be delivered to my neighbour who had to lug huge boxes Htwo chairs per box ) into our house. Shop says yes and a month later after gallons of communications NOTHING. I would not touch this company with a barge pole. Customer services rang me from France one day and how rude were they!!!! They did offer a £10 voucher, £6.35 ish was the delivery charge.
Keep away.
