Neighbors and the sky dish

My new neighbor put her sky dish on my external wall. Its hard to explain but it's my property and the wall is my sons bedroom that separates his bedroom and her balcony if that makes sense. I called sky and they said she should have asked my permission but she didn't. It's my property ultimately but the wall is the left wall on her balcony. Any advice? X

I would have it removed.

Having now read a few queries like this via google (it happens quite a bit apparently) I think you should talk to her, mention that Sky say she should have asked, & that you’re worried about dampness in that wall, & see if you can come to some arrangement.

Because if her own dish is the only way she can get Sky, & if that wall is the only place to put a dish, she is very much reliant on your goodwill here
