20mph limits reduce accidents and injuries: in a 20mph limit 20% fewer people are injured and pedestrians are seven times more likely to survive an accident than at 30mph.

Is this otford near sevenoaks? If so you'd be best off joining one of the local Facebook forums and adding it on there. The most popular one has around 6k members.
